You forgot or maybe were not aware yet, The new curig coffee maker with the auto milk frother also has a setting for espresso shots and 3 different cap settings if you would prefer a regular cup of coffee however both use standard Kcops so a much better alternative to the discontinued rivo. It can make every kind of cappuccino or latte or Americano or any other coffee beverage you should desire and it also uses regular Kcup coffee pods and it cost the exact same price as the original classic Kuerig at Walmart for $99 just thought you should know
I just bought the Rivo machine and I can not wait to receive it. I already own a keurig k cup machine. Will the new rivo cups store in my current k cup storage units I have 2 stand up holders and a drawer for my k cups.
I have looked into 3-D printing a reusable Rivo pod and got a $600.00 bid on manufacturing a stainless steel pod. The pod would need to be made of food safe material and withstand high heat. What I did instead was purchased a small stainless steel mesh tea-ball, (for loose tea leaves) from a local grocery store. Then I took it apart and split it into 2 halves. Once you remove the unnecessary pieces of the tea strainer, you have two reusable rivo pods. These tea strainer halves fit perfectly into the rivo machine. Just fill with your own coffee, pack the coffee, and cover with a piece of tin foil (or get the sheets of foil lids on line). You can also line the tea strainer with tin foil for a stronger cup of coffee, the rivo machine will do the rest. The Rivo will even eject the intact custom pod into the collection bin. $1.50 for a small stainless steel tea ball strainer, and you have 2 reusable pods. These strainer halves will even work in the rivo pod Carousel holder. 781b155fdc
